If you are an experienced IT Support Technician with great customer service skills looking for engaging work helping nonprofits all over the Madison area find their tech mojo, we’d love to hear from you! Positions can be part-time or full-time (20-40 hrs/wk weekdays, somewhat flexible schedule) and offer healthcare/PTO/retirement benefits after six months. We are looking for friendly, patient, experienced IT/tech support volunteers to help with in-person tech repair clinics around the Madison area as well as online (Zoom) tech support events.
